Will I own the website once it's paid for?
Yes. Once it is fully paid for, the website is yours. No hidden terms or ownership catches.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes, all websites are automatically indexed by Google; however, we speed things up by manually submitting your sitemap to Google for you.
It does take some time to rank highly for generic terms such as ‘your service near me’. These terms usually have the highest level of competition, meaning they usually require ongoing work and attention to start competing.
Be very cautious if anyone is promising a new website to rank on Google without SEO work.
We can put you in touch with our amazing SEO partners if this is something you’d be interested in.
Can you set up payments on my website?
Yes. We fully set up Woo Payments so customers can pay securely and funds are sent directly to your Stripe account.
What if I don't like the design or content?
We offer unlimited revisions until you love it.
If it is not moving in the right direction in the first 30 days, we will refund you in full, plus an additional £250 for wasting your time.
How much input do you need from me?
Just a quick 30-minute call to gather information.
We’ll use our notes to create your first draft. After that, we just require feedback via email until it’s ready to go live.
How do I give feedback on drafts?
We only accept feedback on design revisions via email.
As we’re a small team, we’re unable to book regular calls or accept WhatsApp feedback and keep up with out workload.
So we kindly ask that feedback notes be sent through via email.
Can you use my current domain?
Yes, if you already have a domain, we can build your new website and use that domain.
We recommend that all clients own their own domain, so if you need support moving it from your current providers to your own account, we can advise on that too.
Are subscriptions or memberships included?
These are not included in our standard eCommerce packages.
If you need something more complex, we can discuss this separately and provide a custom quote.
Do you set up integrations with external software?
External integrations such as shipping companies, 3PL providers, product suppliers, CRMs, or dropshipping platforms are not included in the standard build. We can quote for these separately if required.
What if I have no branding or logo?
No problem. We recommend building your website first, then sending the website to a freelance graphic designer to create your branding.
This is much easier than doing things the other way around.
How soon can you get started?

Can I manage the site myself once it's live?
