The brief
We currently run Google Ads campaigns for The Original Mortgage Company and after discussions with their Managing Director, we were delighted to put forward a quote to rebuild their site. They wanted a fresh, clean looking site, designed to turn their visitors into leads.
They also wanted us to port their content away from the current web agency and set up a new hosting package for them.
The build
The website was a really fun project for us to work on and took 2 weeks to build, with regular consultation back and forth with The Original Mortgage Company’s team.
Due to the fact that we didn’t have access to the current hosting provider, we had to duplicate all pages, ensuring we kept the content the same so that we didn’t lose any search engine rankings. We decided to use SiteGround hosting for them, due to it’s fantastic performance. We built the site on a temporary domain and once it was complete and signed off by the client, we changed the A records to point towards SiteGrounds servers.
The end result
We completed mortgage123.co.uk in December 2021, with the site going live just before the Christmas break. We were all really happy with the end result.
The site is now ranking well for competitive terms such as ‘mortgage advisor Hartlepool’ which it previously struggled with and is generating leads.
We’re now on hand to assist The Original Mortgage Company should anything need fixing or changing on the site.
